The ultimate ninja could easily take out the ninja terminator.
The ninja terminator doesnt have the Golden Ninja Warrior (he's trying to get it) whereas The Ultimate Ninja has both the golden ninja warrior AND the black ninja warrior (which looks priceless as you can see.)
