Well as everyone on my friends list is converting to Firefox at last, I figured I'd link to some of my fave extensions:


Single Window - force sites that want to make a new window make a new tab instead. Get it from the extensions option here: http://www.mozthemes.tk/

Dictionary Search - highlight a word, right click, choose option. Easy. http://dictionarysearch.mozdev.org/

Linky - right click and you get the options to download all links, selected links, view all images in one tab etc. A little buggy with large download amounts but a useful leech tool that probably caused the demise of 4chan :P http://gemal.dk/mozilla/linky.html?ver=2.1.0

Diggler - adds a cute little button next to "Go" which gives you all kinds of browsing options such as "FInd page on Archive.org" and a list of sub-directories to go to etc. http://diggler.mozdev.org/


Unforunately my fave theme doesn't have a 0.9x version yet, but maybe it will be updated soon.

Well, not everyone. I'm very fond of Safari, and tend to use a Camino nightly when I have need to avail myself of Gecko.

actually.. I can show you how to take care of that... the only thing I miss is the yahoo calendar and stuff... but the bookmarks can be easily dealt with... well...easy for you and me that is. ^_^

check out the Bookmarks Synchronizer 0.9.6 (you can export your booksmarks from yahoo into either html or xml... can't remember...)

Thanks for the links... I've been thinking about the single window one but someone said somewhere that it didin't like xp pro or something... but I just went ahead and installed it. Have you checked out DeepestSender yet?

Since I reformatted I decided to use Firefox. I'm still getting used to it as there are certain things about Opera that I miss. The first two plugins look good. :) thanks

ill get firefox sometime.... i had it for awhile but was never able to get the flash plugin to function correctly, so i eventaully switched back over to IE.......i hate to say it, but it just supports more things.
