absolutedestinySometimes the simple student life meals are the most satisfying. Especially after a long day of expanding young minds.
Sardines, brushed with mustard and grilled for 1/2 mins (just until they sizzle, shouldnt be cooked for too long)
Big-ass flat mushrooms (one or two), fried in butter
Toast, 2 slices.
Sardines on one slice of toast, topped with lemon juice; the mushrooms and the butter on the other slice with lots of cracked black pepper.
Satisfaction.
