It can't be more than a month - ADV aren't THAT crap.

2 months would be really unlikely, so I'm confident that it would arrive before Jacon.

Rightstuf does ship internationally (http://www.rightstuf.com/shipping/shipping.shtml), although the shipping cost is killer. I don't know about the service though since I live in the US.

Man, I just finished buying the series a couple months ago. Damn...

By the time the administrative whatnot was complete the offer would probably be over. Not to mention the possible problems with import tax if they don't ship it right.
