My reactions are very similar to when I started out watching Heroes. I liked it while not being totally convinced of how well the plot has been established and not really caring about all of the characters. Luckily Heroes quickly became very good television and developed its plot-lines and characters in a confortably enjoyable way. I'm hoping this is also true of Drive. There's a lot of really great acting talent in those two eps, though not all of them look like they will be regulars.
Hopefully it will be a fun ride... Well, until Fox cancels it, obviously.
