I doubt it will fix your problem, but I'd appreciate feedback on whether you can get it to run at all :D

Llamaenc knows nothing of quicktime so it entirely uses open source decoders for any qt stuff... and the open source community just haven't gotten round to writing a good decoder for ProRes.
