Anno...

I've often bemoaned the loss of Hideaki Anno in the anime world... but to be honest, he was wise to get out of there and he's done some really ace things since.

So it is with immesurable excitement that I await the Live Action Cutey Honey movie. Having watched the trailer today it looks like so much fun - very reminiscent of some of the tongue-in-cheek techniques he developed in Ryusei Kacho.

Anno himself describes the movie as "cool and silly". I can't wait.
