>Contrary to popular belief I'm not a drunkard, I just like a good drink :)
I know what you mean much too well. With the "Corbo Bash" reputation I have, you could imagine what a drunkard people must think I am. In reality, I rarely drink...I'm just not a huge fan of drinking by myself, and I have few friends that live closer than 100 miles away. I've had people attack me in the past calling me and all of my friends "binge drinkers". Now while I really don't care what too many people think of me, and can understand why they would 'misunderstand' in my case...I dislike them associating all my friends with that term. My friends are extremely good, decent people...most of them are incredibly responsible, and all of them are trustworthy in my opinion. I digress...any talk of booze or parties will pretty much nail the title of drunkard, binge drinker, or alcoholic on you by some people. I find it a bit annoying, but I guess I can understand if they haven't been around me, they wouldn't understand.
Fact: I have not been drunk at any Corbo Bash since the first one back in 2001. I stay sober, serve drinks, and make sure guests are having a good time...I think I'm going to post this in my journal now too...see you soon Ian. :)
