Stuff translocation successful.

absolutedestinyWell, I'm officially settled.
Got my stuff on Saturday and went on crazy cleaning moving and unpacking spree. my room is finally filled with all my beloved things and is very chill. The only thing drastically affecting the mood is the horrid 70s wallpaper and curtains. Pink carnations may look good to grannies but not to me. I can't take the paper off so I'm stuck with it. :/
Maybe I'll convince the landlord to let me decorate :)
Flatmates are a nice bunch. There's Chris who is a gentle giant that's researching insect aerodynamics, there's Jan who's a harmless geek and there's Anthony who's an Irish part-time chef who's at some swish drama school outside Oxford.
The flat itself was something akin to the Withnall and I flat when I arrived (before two previous tenants moved out). It's now actually a pleasant place to be ^_^
Work is dull, but that's fine as long as I'm not too tired to do the things I enjoy. AMVs will be on hold for a little while as the next few weekends will be taken up with house-related endeavours. I need some more shelving :)
