absolutedestiny.org expired and the bastards didnt even warn me!!!

I thought ukreg.com were pretty reliable too :(

Ugh... I hope I dont miss anything important. At least I've got a good chance of still renewing it.

That sucks :( I got a little card in the mail two weeks ago saying kusoyaro.com was about to expire, and all I had to do was check a box saying I wanted to renew it for another 2 years (apparently they have my CC# on file :P) and send it back, postage paid.

By the way, I think your idea (regarding Absolut) totally rocked. I'm very sorry for the way that was handled under the current administration.

I mean this is the convention that Dave Merrill, the director, regularly gets schnookered at. That Ken Nabbe is famous for getting schnookered at. That a certain ex-VAT director once spent an entire day walking around chugging off a bottle of plum wine...

In short, IMO the decision was a !@#$ double standard, and I don't like it.

I want my track back, for the first time since I gave it up.

I'm still going to do it, but it will be a slightly more private thing.

I'll give it a proper anouncement on the org or something.

Good for you.

Jingoro, it's not a double standard, it's the difference between individual conduct and what the hotel will see as "official use" of the facility. It's contractual stuff, and it's not our choice. Hell, we might even require a bar license if we did that. Open container laws and the like. It may be idiotic, but it's still the law.

But, as I said, what's done on your own time, in your own room, ain't none of our business.

I'm not about to argue this with you. I was appologizing to Ian on my own behalf. It's your show now. My decision would have been different, but we're different people.
