More like "which is the cheapest flight?" My flight to Atlanta was cheaper than my flight to Baltimore, despite being over twice the distance. It also means I leave a little earlier than I'd like on Sunday. (5PM I think)
About the "midnight or worse" thing... I don't usually take the Thursday off, but I did for AWA since I figured there'd be the dinner and such.
