absolutedestinyI wonder if Battle Royale 2 will get a release in the states....
not because of violence (it's less violent than the first, in some ways) but the fact that it's pro-terrorism and anti-america's-anti-terrorism campaign.
It's all pretty odd really.
I don't recommend the movie to anyone. The plot is tenuous, the action is monotonous, the drama is lacking even the slightest hints of emotion, the acting is terrible... I ended up fast forwarding towards the end of the movie just to see what stupid ending it would have.
It's not a sequel, it's a cash in - it has none of the qualities of the original (which wasn't perfect in itself) and frankly if it wasn't for the odd speeches asking for terrorists worldwide to stand up to their oppressors I'd find no interest in the entire movie.
