Some Like it Hot was good. Especially the end where he's telling the guy "I am a man" and the guy replies something like "Well no one's perfect". ;D Ahh the hilarity.

I don't know if it's the best comedy I've seen. Monty Python I think can beat it out. Maybe even some other modern comedies. But it's still a good comedy ;o.
