So - how has the last month been for everyone?

Whether lots has happened or not much at all I'm sure I've missed out on a lot so I'd love to hear about it.

- For the last four weeks I have mostly been at work. :P

- The best thing to happen was I got asked to apply for the multimedia supervisor position! :D

- but the worst thing was I realized one of my old childhood friends is now a cock. >:(

- The most noteworthy thing to happen in the strange world of the internet was the MPAA aiming to "shut down BitTorrent sources" but not the creator. Oh that's nice of them. DC++ too. Soulseek remains underground.

- Fandom AMV was dull when no cons happened :-\

- Mutual friend (mostly everyone) did a cool guess-the-lyric meme with everyone else!!! :P

- Shaun of the Dead comes out in the US on Tuesday. OMG I am so getting it!!

- For the last four weeks I have mostly been worrying about finals.

- The best thing to happen was getting most of them over with.

- but the worst thing was the finals.

- The most noteworthy thing to happen in the strange world of the internet was a peer-to-peer client being written in nine lines of Perl. Proof that peer-to-peer is NOT going away.

- Fandom AMV was impressed when several amazingly cool video came out recently.

- Mutual friend waffle did lyric meme and so did I - except that I failed at it.

- Um.... "i like cheese"

-For the last four weeks I have mostly been either stressing out over finals or relaxing after they were done.

-The best thing to happen was to find out I have a 3.0 GPA (grade Point Average) after all my finals which enables me to keep scholarship.

-The worst thing was falling on my ass while trying to pull a moter out of car.

-The most noteworthy thing to happen in the strange world of the internet was that crazy "whisper of the beast" video very much impressing me.

-Fandom in the AMV community was at all time low when Mr. Pilkington resigned from creating any more AMVS.

-Mutual friend Rozard, Aisuzuzwei, Koopiskeva, Mexican Junior, Corran, and Shivan did not complete their RDS track segments when I asked them too (with XMAS fast approaching!!!!!!)

-Ever since school got out ive been taking it easy and sleeping in late, life is good.

Yeah, why not:

- For the last four weeks I have mostly been working too much (I had a deadline at work and I have a documentary which needs to be done before febuary) and buying a house with my girlfriend! (I'm signing the contract today :)

- The best thing to happen was buying a house with my girlfriend, having someone mail me that they want to transfrom my AMV "Minimum" to a DDR level

- but the worst thing was getting this damn cold I'm having and watching my favorite soccer teams lose too much points :(

- The most noteworthy thing to happen in the strange world of the internet was probably the SP2 firewall leak, or the guy who spent $10000+ on an island which only exists in a computer game O_o

- Fandom AMV was spiked when I watched the RVP project documentary/got fanmail/got that DDR request e-mail and I realised its been way to long since I made an AMV

- For the last four weeks I have mostly been getting ready for Christmas & associated parties. (not exactly "mostly", but more than any other single thing, it seems. And "work" is an even more boring answer)

- The best thing to happen was our party on the 11th.

- but the worst thing was depression at various times.

- The most noteworthy thing to happen in the strange world of the internet was it went down on the first. (it was noteworthy to us... even though it was down less than yours... :P)

- Fandom "videogames" was shocked and appalled when EA announced their exclusive deal for the rights to all NFL properties.

- Mutual friend lethann went to Cleveland. (till the 23rd)

- It was funny seeing Triple H in Blade Trinity. (H3 in B3?) (We saw it because my roommate likes Ryan Reynolds in it. :P)

- Fandom "laughing at stupid internet activities" was greatly amused when an EverQuest player cheated on his EverQuest girlfriend.
