AMOTokyo are torturing me.

They've had my items listed as "packed" since monday... and they still haven't got around to shipping them. It's so terribly cruel. I've sent them an email asking why but still no response... my credit card is sitting there waiting for them to take some money.

EDIT: Just checked with the bank... they tried to take the money on the 7th but my cash didn't go in until the 8th. GRRR. I've emailed them asking to try again. *sigh* probably wont get the package until tuesday now.


AMV news - I finished my half of Macho Duck for DDDR. It's nowhere near the original idea, but it's done and it doesn't truly suck... it just mainly sucks. I hope Nate doesn't mind the suckiness too much.

I'm either going to be doing a brand new amv this week (SaiKano romance/drama video... if I can get that package) or finishing off my comedy one. The idea is to do them ready for Jacon. So... opinions... romance or comedy?

If I'm damn good I might even manage both :)

I didn't order Test Type, despite being really cheap basically because I hear the extras are really not worth it and I'm getting the full boxset in june anyway. It also allowed me to order an extra Pillows album :D

First OFF w00t! for the Pillows. agruably the best Japanese band I have heard in a long long time.

Do the comedy videos. "Too much drama in my life" is the order of business these days. too many heavy handed or sappy vids. Time to break to monotany.

I have to agree. As much as I want to see a SaiKano video from you, there just aren't enough fun videos these days. So I would say the comedy video first.

The video I have in mind is pretty old-school...just a case of footage fitting the theme and feel of the song. Maybe some mild visual effects to match some musical cues, though nothing on the level of "Euphoria." I'm concerned about the length of the song, though...it's about 4:30, and I don't think I could cut out more than 10 or 20 seconds...it's essentially two really long verse-chorus progressions with a 30-second outro.
