Inconsiderate antisocial bitch.

I'd like to say a big Fuck You to [livejournal.com profile] sarahtheboring for deleting [livejournal.com profile] ink_vids without warning the community.

The post that I made for my video Magical Dreamer, which I was using as my "video info" page, is now gone. I was linking to that page from my website, it was the root source of information on the creation of that video and it contained all the feedback I received on it in comments.

So yeah, thanks a bunch for killing all references to my video.

Now how the hell do I get that information back?

I guess you can contact her and get her to undelete the community. However, I'm not sure how long it's been since the deletion. LJ tends to not abide too strongly to their 30-day rule, but...

Hey, it's nice to know you're still alive there!

Got here the long way around, sorry

I'm really sorry. I didn't know anyone even remembered the community until [livejournal.com profile] tzikeh asked me to bring it back. It's reinstated now. Do you need the post to stay up indefinitely, or is it something that can be backed up elsewhere? If it has to be up indefinitely, I can leave the comm up. I didn't realize it was being used for anything at all.

I was only being a coward and trying to cover up my failure as a comm maintainer. I didn't know that anyone still got any use out of it.

I'm also sorry for whatever it was that made you hate me so much to begin with. I'd like to stay out of everyone's way if I can, so I'm sorry for causing trouble.

Thank you.

Sorry for the delayed response.

I have all the info from it now, thanks for reviving it. As for whether it should die or not, I'd personally like to say that it shouldn't. Sure it's not the most often used community but there is a need for a community of its ilk and communities like this often phase in and out of useage.

So, even though it's not doing anything right now I think it might still serve a purpose somewhere down the line. The final decision, of course, is yours.

Oh, that's good.

I guess there isn't a need, because no one ever posts - beyond the first wave of stuff that people had around previously. But I do get your point about having one around in case it ever is needed, rather than creating new ones. In that light, I may just revamp the info to acknowledge the fact that it is more of an archive than a thriving community per se.

Thanks a lot!
