Another Auction vid? Well, I stepped in to do a pinch hit for Voleuse and I'm so glad I did. Becca and I were discussing the awesomeness of the Bei Fongs and I suggested this song and... yeah. Major thanks have to go to BigBigTruck as this obviously riffs quite heavily on her classic AMV.

For those of you who don't know the shows, the little girl is blind and is the canonical mother of the 50-something woman who is a police officer. Oh, and they are earth and metal benders. Just watch the shows already.

This is just fantastically badass and the Bei Fongs vid that I have been waiting for! :D :D :D

Saw this by way of a link over at Voleuse's, and had to comment to say that this is amazing. Love the use of transition between scenes from Toph to Lin and back again, and love the way you've matched the sharp movements in animation to the key beats of the song. Thanks for creating and sharing it!

Basically, yes. Love the musicality and movement with all the little sounds in the song, the fun lyrics matches (funky rhyme! her nine is easy to load!), and the visual parallels/connections back and forth between Toph and Lin. Tons of fun and badassery. BEI FONGS.

Oh my gaaaaaawd, this is fucking brilliant. Okay, first of all, just the fact that there is a Bei Fongs vid to "Mama Said Knock You Out" delights me to no end; there will never be a better use of this song. Never ever. Secondly, this is so damn earthbender-y. I love the relentless rhythm of it and I felt every explosion and thud of rock against flesh in my BONES.

SO GOOD.
