Shameless Videos

Should I care that people keep making videos entitled Shameless ******* Video?

Shameless Techno Video was pretty awful and today Jebadia released Shameless Country Video which at least is an enjoyable amv... but it's not in any way shameless.

I think the main thing that annoys me is that people use the name but not the idea behind it. SRV is a shameless rock video because it contains the clichés which can be found in rock videos - it's not shameless just because it uses rock music.

Neither of the above videos follow this idea, they have just picked the name in a fairly arbitrary manner with little relation to the content of the video. Certainly Jebadia's video could have really done with a non-shameless name as there is nothing shameless about it.

TommyRude once asked me if he could make a Shameless Rap Video. God help us all.

Jacon Approaching

Fuck me Jacon is so soon. I've got lots and lots to do.

Shopping part two happened today. smoovygee - I picked up White Magic for Lovers and Collector 1 for you but the other album is out of stock everywhere.

I still need to get a whole bunch of stuff tomorrow. Tonight is going to be cd burning night. I have 75 cds to burn... eeek. The main problem though is that I dont have anything I can put them in, so I'll have to fashion something to hold them. kusoyaro and akimbo, you might want to bring spindles or something to put the cds (25 in total) into.

As for the amv contest, I don't really mind - I entered for fun... neither of my videos are likely to get anything given the competition. I'm looking forward to the panel.

I need to work out my sleep tactics to maximise awakeness in florida. I dont work well on too much sleep so I might have a late night weds and sleep on the flight over... but often that's easier said than done.

Anyone have any good sleeping on flights tips?
