NTL GO TO HELL

absolutedestinyI've been haivng trouble posting on LJ and on forums today... and I now know why.
Everyone on my street using NTL (my isp) cant submit html forms wiht lots of data. It just wont work. This is why I can't post things I want to post. I dont know the specifics but client LJ programs have the same problem.
